She discusses the key points of listing everything, moving, driving, dealing with medical issues, as well as navigating the family dynamics in dealing with aging parents. Judith stresses that it is critical that we talk to our children and parents about some of these important issues because we do not know what tomorrow may bring.

Attorney Judith Cunningham is the former corporation counsel for Oakland County, Michigan, as well as having served as the Oakland County Circuit Court Administrator.
